All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
During high-volume drops or sales, processing time may be slightly extended.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is with the carrier, it is out of our control. Luxe Finds & Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will always do our best to help you file a claim or locate your order.
